Qualification

Required

8-10 years of Advanced Python – application or framework development
Strong OOP – clean design, reusable components
FastAPI and/or Flask – production REST APIs; Async vs sync execution
Low-latency system development & API performance tuning
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Git / Bitbucket – PRs, branching, code reviews

Preferred

Redis / distributed caching
MongoDB or in-memory databases
Performance tuning and scalability improvements
Generative AI / LLM integration in backend services
