Benefits Intern

OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. The Benefits Intern will support the Benefits team in delivering employee benefits programs and initiatives, gaining exposure to benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for benefits utilization and employee engagement
Help draft communications and resources for employees regarding benefits offerings and updates
Participate in project coordination for benefits-related initiatives and events
Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and support process improvements

Required

In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
3.0 GPA or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in employee benefits, human resources, or related fields

Preferred

Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027)
Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required
