Responsibilities

Support proposal, SOQ, and presentation development for client pursuits

Assist with proposal capture planning, including research, positioning, and schedule coordination

Participate in go/no-go discussions, kick-off meetings, and internal proposal reviews

Draft and edit proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions

Design and format proposal materials using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office

Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all proposal and marketing materials

Maintain and organize marketing collateral, resumes, project data, and imagery

Support BD teams with pursuit-related collateral and client presentations

Conduct market, client, and industry research as needed

Assist with conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and coordination of photography/videography

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field

2–4 years of professional marketing or proposal experience

Experience supporting SOQs and RFP responses in a professional services environment

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
