Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Creating contract documents
Merging documents
Routing contracts for signatures both internally and externally
Entering contracts into Edison and BCMS
Logging contract status in BCMS
Saving documents to shared drive
Responding via email to contract-related questions from internal and external stakeholders
Attending in-person and virtual meetings
Providing administrative support to the Division
Taking meeting notes
Scheduling meetings
Answering phone
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
Experience equivalent to four years of full-time increasingly responsible professional staff administrative work
Ability to create contract documents
Ability to merge documents
Ability to route contracts for signatures both internally and externally
Ability to enter contracts into Edison and BCMS
Ability to log contract status in BCMS
Ability to save documents to shared drive
Ability to respond via email to contract-related questions from internal and external stakeholders
Ability to attend in-person and virtual meetings
Ability to provide administrative support to the Division, such as taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, answering phone
Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment as necessary
Ability to type on computer for prolonged periods of time
