Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality API and UI documentation for both internal and external audiences
Update and maintain help center documentation, in-app messaging (UI text, tooltips, notifications), and review learning management system materials, while also supporting newsletter content
Update and create content with a consistent style, with a strong focus on single-sourcing opportunities

Required

Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Experience writing API and UI documentation, with particular emphasis on API content
Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and explain them in a clear, accessible way
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience

Preferred

Experience documenting enterprise-level workflows
Familiarity with B2B or advertising software
Proficiency with help authoring tools and content management systems
