Responsibilities
Lead the collection, clarification, and documentation of business requirements by working closely with stakeholders across the organization
Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and alignment to technical design
Support functional design activities, ensuring proposed solutions meet business objectives and integrate effectively with existing systems
Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to validate functionality
Execute unit testing, system testing, and end to end integration testing
Ensure defects are clearly documented, communicated, and resolved
Oversee data validation as part of testing cycles to ensure accuracy and completeness
Partner with business teams to create, refine, and maintain business processes
Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational issues by analyzing data and identifying root causes
Produce reports and insights to assist business users and help correct data or process gaps
Ensure ongoing data quality by validating data, performing audits, and collaborating with business units on corrective actions
Perform complex data analysis to support decision-making and problem resolution
Write and execute SQL queries—often advanced—to analyze data stored in Snowflake
Interpret data patterns, relationships, and data flows across systems, particularly within Master Data Management (MDM) and S/4HANA environments
Leverage an analytical mindset to investigate data issues from multiple viewpoints and uncover hidden trends or anomalies
Qualification
Required
MDM (Master Data Management): Experience maintaining data integrity and supporting enterprise data governance processes
SAP S/4HANA: Familiarity with data structures, integration points, and functional processes within S4 environments
Familiarity with ERP migration
Hands-on experience with Informatica IDQ to validate and transform data that feeds into Snowflake
Strong ability to assess relationships between datasets and understand how data elements impact downstream processes
