Responsibilities
Establish and execute a long-term financial vision aligned with corporate growth objectives
Scale the finance function to support a 200+ employee, high-growth SaaS organization
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team
Contribute to the company's three-year strategic plan and define the executive management scorecard
Design and implement best-in-class financial infrastructure across reporting, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, audit, and internal controls
Ensure strong governance and compliance within a regulated financial services environment
Lead capital planning, allocation, and risk management to maximize return on cash and minimize financial risk
Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling with a focus on predictability and scalability
Develop and manage SaaS KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence at both organizational and departmental levels
Champion data-driven decision-making, analytics, and visualization across the business
Lead financing activities, including fundraising strategy, investor negotiations, and term structuring
Own financial models and narratives supporting fundraising and valuation
Manage investor relations and deliver clear, credible reporting to investors and the Board
Leverage a strong network of fintech and banking-focused investors
Build, lead, and develop a world-class finance organization focused on performance, accountability, and career growth
Implement financial incentives and metrics aligned to business objectives
Identify market opportunities through benchmarking, research, and competitive analysis
Qualification
Required
10+ years of senior finance leadership experience within B2B SaaS / enterprise software
Proven track record scaling a SaaS business from approximately $20M to $100M+ in revenue
Experience leading hyper-growth SaaS organizations with strong operational metrics and analytics
Deep expertise in FP&A, SaaS accounting, revenue recognition, GAAP, and financial modeling
Demonstrated success building finance teams, systems, policies, and processes in fast-moving environments
Experience leading financing rounds and negotiating investment terms
Strong understanding of modern Revenue Operations best practices
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required
Preferred
M&A experience preferred
Background in startups, investment banking, venture capital, and/or private equity is a plus
MBA and/or CPA preferred
