Oversees the answering of phones and triaging calls to the weekend team
Assists with compliance and documentation procedures
Facilitates the clinicians’ work by helping as needed with the communication of clinical information and ordering medical equipment/supplies
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of healthcare experience
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multitask
Manage time and prioritize efficiently
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
PC proficiency in Google Suite, Word, and Excel
A professional and caring demeanor in person and on the telephone
