Records Clerk (Temporary – On-Site)
Noble Hearts HR Consulting and Staffing is seeking a Temporary Records Clerk to assist with a document digitization and quality-control project. The role involves preparing, organizing, scanning, and verifying confidential agency records.

Responsibilities
Prepare physical files for scanning by removing documents, staples, and fasteners
Organize and label records and boxes by year closed and complaint number
Scan documents and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
Perform 100% verification of scanned documents for accuracy and completeness
Re-scan documents as needed
Pack and move record boxes (up to 15 lbs)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in records management, archival, library, or document control work
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 15 lbs
Preferred
Prior experience with State Archives or government records
Experience with document imaging and quality-control verification
