Responsibilities

9–12 years of SAP ABAP development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in:
O ABAP / OO ABAP
O Enhancements (BADIs, User exits, Enhancement Framework)
O Interfaces (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE)
O Forms (SmartForms / SAP Scripts / Adobe Forms)
O Reports (ALV, classical, interactive)
Strong experience in debugging, performance tuning and code optimization
Experience working on SAP implementation/support projects (end-to-end lifecycle)
Strong communication and client-facing skills
9–12 years of SAP BASIS experience
Strong hands-on in:
O SAP BASIS Administration
O System monitoring & performance tuning
O STMS transport management
O Client copy / system refresh
O Upgrades / patching / kernel updates
Strong production support and incident troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and client-facing experience
