WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company, is looking for dedicated and hardworking candidates for a hands-on Operations Intern position for the summer of 2026. This internship offers the opportunity to learn about warehouse operations and contribute to the company's growth in the online perishable industry.

Responsibilities

Learn cold chain warehouse operations and processes in a hands-on environment

Work closely with warehouse management to develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality

Help supervisors and their teams meet department’s daily, weekly and monthly goals of the distribution center

Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages and improving efficiencies

Continually improve productivity targets and process improvements

Testing new order packing processes and materials

Creating new standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes

Improving and updating training manuals

Testing new warehouse software processes

Required

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing

Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations

Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching

Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs

This is an entry level role and specific experience is not required

This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else

Preferred

Strong knowledge in MS Excel

Ability to work independently in a fast–paced and deadline driven environment

Exhibit analytical thinking and problem solving

Desire to learn and develop themselves

Strong written and oral communication skills

Demonstrates maturity, responsibility and leadership ability
