National Sales Director
RoofingSource is seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead a dynamic, growth-focused sales team serving some of the nation’s most recognized brands. This strategic leadership position is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and driving new business development within a large book of recurring service contracts.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop an in-house team of professionals to enable sales growth and business development. This role will oversee national sales and be responsible for creating and maintaining client sales relationships, and promoting growth across multi-site client portfolios
Develop and optimize existing processes and implement new strategies to empower sales growth
Lead process of identifying, targeting, and securing new multi-site national clients through proactive outreach, brand alignment, and relationship building, while maintaining and growing current client portfolios
Lead and track the performance of the in-house team of Client Advisors to deepen engagement, identify new opportunities, and ensure an exceptional client experience
Lead and develop a growing team of Sales professionals
Recruiting, development, and mentorship of top-performing sales talent
Align strategies with business priorities through driving sales KPIs, partnering cross-departmentally, and with organization leaders, along with structured coaching to ensure accountability and success
Foster a positive, collaborative, and achievement-oriented team culture
Design and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with RoofingSource’s growth goals
Utilize CRM and analytics to forecast, track performance, and guide decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align commitments, pricing, and service
Ensure consistent communication and coordination between sales and operations to maintain service excellence
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience within facilities management, construction, or commercial services
Proven experience leading teams managing $25M+ in annual recurring revenue
Expertise in consultative, relationship-based selling across national or enterprise accounts
Strong CRM utilization, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to travel up to 50% nationally
