Responsibilities
Strong technical leadership and SDLC expertise: Deep hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, with the ability to design, guide implementation, and ensure high-quality engineering practices
Proven collaboration and communication skills: Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, cross-team Tech Leads, and Engineering leadership, translating business needs into clear technical direction
Mentorship and delivery mindset: Experience mentoring engineers and QA, leading estimation and planning activities, and driving predictable delivery aligned with estimates and team velocity
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with React / Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Git, and UI performance optimization, with proven ability to design and deliver high-quality, scalable frontend and backend solutions
Solid understanding of composable commerce and event-driven architectures, with prior experience working in the eCommerce domain and building systems that integrate across services and teams
Experience ensuring accessibility standards, enforcing best practices across the SDLC, mentoring team members, and driving consistent, reliable delivery
Ecommerce domain experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field
