Corporate Recruiter (Temp to Hire)
Red Envelope Consulting is seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate Recruiter to support their manufacturing operations. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational needs.

Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from requisition approval through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for hourly and salaried roles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and community partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines. Provide guidance on interview best practices and hiring decisions
Schedule and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Ensure a consistent and compliant interview process across all departments
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding logistics. Partner with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Ensure recruiting practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring trends. Maintain accurate applicant records within the ATS or HRIS
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environment
Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
Experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, or operational roles
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or working toward certification) preferred
