Responsibilities
Conduct advanced credit analysis and risk assessments for complex borrower financial structures
Manage and monitor an active commercial loan portfolio, ensuring covenant compliance and credit quality
Prepare executive-level loan committee presentations, underwriting recommendations, and term sheets
Meet directly with clients to discuss financial performance, renewals, modifications, and risk mitigation strategies
Oversee higher-risk credits, including on-site visits, collateral validation, and special asset monitoring
Produce portfolio reporting and risk analysis to inform leadership on trends and emerging risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated mastery of commercial credit analysis and financial risk evaluation
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation ability
Experience working directly with commercial clients and navigating complex credit structures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems; ability to work across multiple platforms
Preferred
advanced degree or professional certification strongly preferred
