Office Manager / Chief of Operations
Affinity Home Care is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Manager / Operations Lead to oversee daily operations. This leadership role involves ensuring team alignment, accountability, and operational efficiency while acting as the point person in the founder's absence.

Responsibilities
Overseeing daily office operations and team workflow
Running and coordinating team meetings and follow-ups
Ensuring staff attendance, punctuality, and accountability
Reviewing and double-checking work for accuracy and completion
Managing or overseeing payroll processing and timekeeping
Monitoring schedules, PTO, and staffing coordination
Acting as the on-site authority when the founder is unavailable
Communicating issues, bottlenecks, and improvements directly to the founder
Maintaining operational standards, policies, and internal systems
Supporting hiring, onboarding, and team organization as needed

Experience supervising teams and enforcing policies
