Sr Business Development Manager - Data Centers
Intek Plastics is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand their presence in the data center market. This role focuses on driving new business, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions to support digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Expand and deepen existing customer partnerships to increase engagement and share of wallet
Identify, pursue, and secure new customer accounts through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships
Lead business development efforts within the data center segment, identifying new markets and growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to align product offerings with market needs and customer feedback
Partner with Marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns
Shape value propositions, sales tools, and messaging that resonate with data center customers
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving customer needs
Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations to support long-term growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Business Development or Market Development, including 5+ years in the data center industry
Proven success selling custom-engineered or consultative solutions
Strong experience in strategic account planning and executing growth strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to travel up to 60%
A self-motivated, data-driven, and customer-focused approach
