West Homes is a regional homebuilder hiring a Land Development Project Manager who will be responsible for managing residential subdivision projects. The role involves tracking project delivery, managing B2B relationships, and ensuring adherence to timelines across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Track and follow through on all aspects of existing and future land development projects with diverse and challenging features

Seek and investigate feasibility of new land acquisition opportunities across the region

Follow up with engineers and support personnel to ensure efficient project execution, timely responses and quality outcomes

Analyze project scope and review proposals to establish clear work procedures and deliverables

Monitor and advance project design schedules to meet company objectives

Track budgets to ensure adherence to financial and performance goals

Lead business development initiatives, including proposal review, client presentations, and pursuit strategy

Assist Developer with the initial design approach for major phases of large projects

Work closely with municipalities and utilities to ensure compliance with local requirements and timely submission of required information or applications
