Responsibilities
Provide clinical pharmacy services to Emergency Department patients
Participate in code responses and emergency situations
Verify medication orders and ensure safe, appropriate therapy
Perform medication reconciliation and clinical interventions as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Utilize electronic systems for documentation and medication management
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Active Pharmacist License (required at time of submission)
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
Strong clinical judgment and ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Emergency Department, critical care, and/or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
