Responsibilities
Applications Development Analyst will develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
Lead SharePoint migration and modernization projects
Integrate Copilot 365 for productivity and automation
Gather requirements, design technical solutions, and document architecture
As an Applications Development Analyst, you will mentor junior developers; Enforce governance and compliance
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues; Manage lifecycle of apps/sites
Stay current with Microsoft 365 roadmap; Provide end-user training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in CS/IS or equivalent experience
5+ years in Microsoft 365 development
Experience leading SharePoint migration and modernization projects
Experience mentoring or leading junior developers
Strong experience with Power Platform tools
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Expert in SharePoint Online development & administration
Familiarity with Copilot 365, PowerShell, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph
Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
Understanding of business process automation, data modeling, and UI/UX design
Skilled in business process automation and UI/UX design
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Customer-focused and collaborative mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Must carry a smartphone for agency apps (Outlook, Teams, ServiceNow)
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate
Prior mentoring/leadership experience
