Manage property operations
Maintain resident relations
Ensure compliance with policies
Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting and rent collection
Foster a positive living environment
Handle resident inquiries and complaints
Ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations
Mentor and guide a talented team of Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, and Resident Ambassadors
Oversee all on-site operations
Develop and execute strategies to improve property financials
Manage the delinquency and collection process
Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of success
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Residential property management experience is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Appfolio is a bonus
