Responsibilities
Ability to make data driven decisions to capitalize on sales opportunities
Maintain a clearly defined roadmap to ensure task execution, continuous site maintenance, and progress on long term project execution
Overseeing publishing of new items to website
Working closely with merchandising teams to determine the most important marketing messages and managing digital advertisements on Dillards.com
Partnering with technologies teams to troubleshoot publishing issues and develop new technologies for our ecommerce business
Working with vendors to ensure brands and products are properly represented on Dillards.com
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years working in ecommerce, retail buying, ecommerce related IT roles, or retail management
A degree in business, retail merchandising, or information technology-related majors
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong management skills
A passion for fashion and retail
Preferred
Experience with SEO/GEO/AI
Experience with the Adobe Digital Analytics platform and Google Analytics
Experience in digital marketing
Social Media expertise
