Admin Supervisor (Licensed)
Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services is seeking an Admin Supervisor (Licensed) for their Home Based Crisis Intervention program. The role involves directing and supervising staff activities, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring quality service delivery to avert psychiatric hospitalizations for children and youth.

Responsibilities
Provides clinical oversight and consultation on all HBCI cases
Reviews documentation to ensure that documentation meets standards
Oversees and ensures the quality of services provided and the implementation of evidence-based models of service delivery
Collaborates and partners with schools and other community providers
Evaluates supervisees and ensures timeliness of all documentation
Completes job performance evaluations and provides professional development support on a regular basis
May supervise student interns
Understands myAvatar and other electronic or survey formats used by the program
Completes all reporting documentation as required by DOHMH, OMH and JBFCS
Other Administrative Duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
A minimum of three years of related experience
Clinical knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance and substance use disorders
Must be able to read paper and electronic documents and perform significant data entry into various computer programs
Infrequent travel throughout the assigned boroughs (Staten Island) and NYC
