Responsibilities

Document current processes and workflows, creating detailed process maps and reports

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and tools

Assist in developing training materials and providing user support for financial systems and processes

Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements

Maintain accurate documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes

Support tracking and reporting of lean and transformation projects

Maintain and support periodic reviews of the Finance Department business unit recovery and continuity program

Support tracking and maintenance of the Finance Department policies and procedures within the document management system (PolicyTech)

Coordinate meetings related to transformation initiatives, ensuring schedules are aligned and objectives are met
