Responsibilities

Leverage your expertise in developing and maintaining robust ServiceNow solutions

Using Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes

Creating complex scripts and procedures

Building data warehousing and reporting solutions

Develop ETL mappings

Optimize performance

Design BI reports that meet business requirements

Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle

Adhere to industry-standard project management methodologies

Facilitate transitions from development to operations

Ensure successful project outcomes

Qualification

Required

Expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow JavaScript APIs

Proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, data query, aggregation, and visualization

Solid foundation in data transformation, management, and big data technologies

Experience in ETL processes and developing mappings for data extraction, transformation, and loading

Proven ability to write complex SQL statements, scripts, stored procedures, and triggers

Strong understanding of data warehousing and reporting platform concepts, with the ability to recommend solutions and drive best practices

Experience in developing BI dashboards and reports, along with unit testing and performance tuning

Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK)

Strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate seamless transitions between development and operations

US Citizenship required

Familiarity with multiple business intelligence environments
