Responsibilities
Leverage the New York City style guide in developing content and, if business needs and research results indicate an exception to the style guide may be appropriate, raise this with the Child Care Unified Hub delivery team
Review and synthesize appropriate agency and external organization content relevant to the Hub
Partner on user research with the Child Care Unified Hub delivery team
Collaborate with Child Care Unified Hub project management to generate and track success metrics for content improvement
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from user research, analytics, surveys, and feedback into actionable and engaging content
Identify and manage content deliverables for all assigned projects
Participate in stakeholder meetings, and present deliverables in team meetings
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience writing and strategizing content for a web experience
Demonstrated experience creating, iterating, publishing, and managing high-quality, user-centered content
Demonstrated experience delivering microcopy and informational websites
Experience pairing with other disciplines to create content for digital tools and services
Strong communication skills to collaborate and work with leadership, experts, and decision makers
Preferred
Ability to align content with business goals
Content planning & strategy development
Ability to create content guidelines
Strong writing and editing abilities
