Responsibilities
Preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules in compliance with US GAAP
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for various accounts
Maintain accurate intercompany account reconciliations and balances
Provide support for the quarterly review and annual financial statement audits
Support accounting leadership in maturing the month-end close process and help drive the execution of improvements and standardization
Identify and recommend best practices and opportunities to drive efficiencies in the accounting and reporting processes
Perform ad hoc projects as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related preferred
5+ years of progressive experience
NetSuite or a large ERP is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative approach to working with other departments
Professionalism, strong attention to detail, a high sense of urgency, and analytical skills
Thrive in a flexible, collaborative team environment with opportunities for cross-training
Preferred
Experience in a tech or SaaS company
Experience working in a Startup environment
