Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects
Apply both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clients
Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' revenue cycles
Collaborate with various levels of client leadership

Required

A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable)
3-5 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on professional billing coding and charging
Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on coding and charge capture processes, is required
Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is expected
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of client and internal staff
Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to drive decision-making and process improvement
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, showcasing the ability to foster client relationships and grow business opportunities
This position requires up to 20% travel to client sites as needed
