Responsibilities
Act as co-counsel with 3 Segal McCambridge shareholders on their files
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
Take and defending depositions
Appear in court for hearings, case evaluations, and mediations
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Michigan (required)
0-3 years of experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Preferred
Newer attorneys with litigation internships, clerkships, or clinical experience are strongly encouraged to apply
