Customer Service Representative
S&S Activewear is a leading North American distributor of imprintable apparel. They are seeking energetic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer service by answering calls and solving problems to assist customers.
Responsibilities
Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via telephone
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with internal and external customers
Offer basic troubleshooting for customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and website navigation
Consistently meet department KPIs, deadlines and goals
Adhere to provided schedule based on forecasted phone volumes
Any additional duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills within a customer service role
Must be proficient or above in Microsoft Office
Must have basic math skills
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality
Data driven and comfortable in environment with heavy emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics
Results orientated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
Commitment to learning and individual development
Proficiency in reading and writing English is required
