GHR Healthcare is seeking an Epic Project Manager to lead a large-scale Epic implementation for a recently acquired health system transitioning from Cerner to Epic. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing workstreams within the Epic program while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned Epic implementation workstreams supporting the conversion from Cerner to Epic across clinical, revenue cycle, and/or ancillary domains

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, clinical informatics, operational leaders, vendors, and third-party partners

Facilitate governance meetings, status reporting, issue escalation, and executive communications

Support workflow alignment and system standardization between the parent organization and the newly acquired health system

Oversee key implementation phases including planning, design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization

Manage change control, scope management, and inter-workstream dependencies within a complex program environment

Ensure adherence to Epic implementation methodologies, organizational PMO standards, and regulatory requirements
