Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and offer tailored technical solutions
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing technical support and consultation
Assist in the preparation of proposals and product specifications
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met
Analyze client requirements and develop technical solutions that are cost-effective and efficient
Support post-sale activities, including training and troubleshooting for customers
Stay current with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to Valcom’s offerings
Contribute to new product development and solutions based on customer feedback and market trends
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
At least three years of experience in a related role
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation to travel for business needs
Able to understand and effectively communicate technical information to channel stakeholders including sales, management, installation, service, engineering staff, and local officials
Residency within the assigned territory is required
Preferred
RCDD certification preferred
