Responsibilities
Oversee the opening of the office and manage technician activities to ensure operational efficiency
Report and coordinate the repair of equipment and vehicle maintenance as needed
Assist in the distribution and management of product inventory
Facilitate weekly training sessions and in-field training for technicians
Lead, motivate, and guide technicians to consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
Provide support in recruiting and training new employees
Foster a positive work environment and lead by example to promote professionalism and teamwork
Champion initiatives to enhance customer retention, grow the customer base, and increase employee retention
Ensure technicians have the resources and support needed to perform their duties efficiently and effectively
Assist in the continued professional development of technicians to meet branch objectives and customer expectations
Qualification
Required
A valid Pest Control License with at least two years of experience (from any state)
A valid Driver's License for at least the past four years
Clean driving record (no more than 2 tickets in the past 3 years and 1 or fewer at-fault accidents in the past 3 years)
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug tests (including THC or CBD testing, regardless of legality or medicinal use)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control
Pesticide Applicator's License (required)
Valid Driver's License (required)
