Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and services
Qualification
Required
Satisfactory completion of formal imaging training in an AMA approved school
Meets requirements for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist
Meets requirements for American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
Meets requirements for Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Meets requirements for New York State Department of Health License
CPR or BLS Certification Required
Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability
Ability to participate in orientation and continuing education
Ability to complete population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and services
Medium work: requires standing, walking, pulling and lifting
