They are seeking a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management, responsible for teaching, conducting research, and mentoring students.

Responsibilities

Provide highly effective teaching at undergraduate and master’s-level courses in operations and supply chain management

Conduct high-quality empirical research in the area of specialization and publish in peer-reviewed journals consistent with the standards of AACSB

Advise and mentor students

Engage in service to the college community

Required

Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution or equivalent (ABD candidates may be considered only on the condition of full doctoral completion by August 2026)

Possess a portfolio of teaching or industry experience, and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that is conducive to delivering effective management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels

Demonstrate evidence of scholarly achievement, including a commitment to high-quality empirical research and the ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals

Preferred

Interest or specialization in one or more of the following areas: supply chain management, purchasing and procurement, operations management, or related topics, including but not limited to AI, data analytics, and the future of work

Experience or capability to develop new courses and programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels in these areas, for delivery in both in-person and online modalities
