Build and maintain a targeted pipeline for leadership and department-level roles
Present short, high-quality candidate slates, not volume
Own candidate relationships from first outreach through offer stage
Partner directly with senior leadership during interviews and hiring decisions
Continuously assess hiring quality and adjust sourcing strategy accordingly
Qualification
Required
Proven experience sourcing and hiring retail or operational leadership roles
Strong understanding of grocery retail or multi-unit operations
Confidence operating independently with minimal day-to-day direction
Strong interpersonal judgment when working with experienced retail and executive leaders
High ownership mentality and strong professional judgment
