Responsibilities

Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events

Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about the company and the role that they are interested in

Ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process

Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Acts as an internal advocate for candidates by preparing offer recommendations that align with the business requirements and delivers approved offers to candidates for consideration

Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication

Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Typically, five plus years of experience hiring technical and non-technical talent by sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates

Excellent ability to source candidates across a variety of online platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience with MS Office applications

Support team members with the execution of the core tasks and responsibilities, listed in the Job Profile Task/Responsibilities section of this document, under guided supervision

Work closely with senior stakeholders in our engineering, people, and recruitment operations teams to effectively drive change and propose process improvements

Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches
