Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using PC-DMIS based on CAD models, blueprints, and GD&T requirements
Optimize inspection routines for efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve measurement issues and improve processes
Set up and operate CMM equipment to perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and final parts
Load parts, select appropriate probes, and execute inspection programs
Verify measurement results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and report findings
Maintain calibration and cleanliness of CMM equipment
Record and analyze inspection data; prepare detailed reports
Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer-specific standards
Support first-piece inspections, PPAP, and Gage R&R studies

Qualification

Required

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience
Experience: 2+ years as a CMM Programmer using PC-DMIS
Experience: 1+ year operating CMM equipment in a production environment
Skills: Proficiency in PC-DMIS; knowledge of GD&T per ASME standards
Skills: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
Skills: Familiarity with SPC, PPAP, and quality systems (ISO9001, AS9100)

Preferred

Experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical device industries
