Responsibilities

Design and develop CNO capabilities across the full spectrum: implants, exploits, operational tools, and tradecraft
Write code in multiple languages (Python, C, C++, assembly, and more) depending on what the mission requires
Work at the system internals level across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile, and network devices
Develop operational and procedural scripts that operators will actually use
Integrate your capabilities with operational infrastructure and common services
Implement secure coding practices while building offensive tools (yes, the irony is part of the job)
Collaborate directly with operators, testers, and product managers who understand the mission
Document your work so others can maintain, modify, and build on what you create

Qualification

Required

Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience developing CNO capabilities, offensive tools, or operational software
Strong programming fundamentals across multiple languages including Python, C, C++, and assembly
Software analysis or reverse engineering experience
Deep understanding of system internals for one or more platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile, network devices)
Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming
Familiarity with development tools (Git, Visual Studio, or similar)
Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS with limited notice when operations require it

Preferred

Experience with multiple CNO development environments or target platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD practices
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
