Responsibilities
Develop offensive cyber capabilities: implants, exploits, payloads, and operational tools
Write code across multiple languages depending on what the mission needs (Python, C, C++, assembly)
Work at the system internals level - understanding how operating systems, networks, and applications actually behave
Build tooling that operators will use in real engagements
Learn operational tradecraft from people who've done this work in uniform
Document your work so the team can maintain and extend what you build
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance (we sponsor CI poly)
Strong programming fundamentals - you can write clean code and debug hard problems
Genuine curiosity about how systems work under the hood
Willingness to work on-site at Fort Meade, MD
US Citizenship
Preferred
Have a CS degree and a clearance from ROTC, an internship, or military service, and want to do something more interesting than enterprise software
Are transitioning from military cyber/intel and want to stay in the mission but move to the development side
Work in a cleared IT or analyst role and have been teaching yourself reverse engineering or exploit development on the side
Have done software development in cleared environments and want to pivot toward offensive work
Built things in CTFs, home labs, or open source projects that show you understand low-level systems
Reverse engineering or binary analysis experience
Familiarity with Windows/Linux/macOS internals
Network protocol knowledge and socket programming
Experience with operational or mission-focused development
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
