Responsibilities
Perform and oversee day-to-day transactional accounting activities
Prepare and review bank reconciliations
Maintain fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and inventory schedules
Drive key components of the month-end close process
Support inventory and multi-unit accounting operations
Evaluate existing accounting processes and operating procedures
Identify, recommend, test, and assist with the implementation of process improvements
Optimize spreadsheets and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy
Leverage ERP functionality to maximize system capabilities
Partner with leadership to ensure systems are utilized to their fullest potential
Review and improve usage of operational software and related tools
Qualification
Required
Must be systems oriented and have a process improvement mindset
Experience with an ERP system required
