Responsibilities
Deliver quality service through multiple channels, process transaction requests, provide rate information, and handle account inquiries
Enhance member experience by providing exceptional, professional and consistent service using Personal Teller Machine technology
Identify members' financial needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services
Accurately process transactions, recognizing red flags regarding fraud and scams
Convey professional image at all times by being respectful, courteous and considerate of members and co-workers through verbal and non-verbal communication
Regularly participate in continued training, which may include self-study courses and mandatory training programs sponsored by applicable banking regulatory agencies
Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
Equivalent combination of training, education, and sales experience acceptable
Working knowledge of computer software (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
Positive, enthusiastic attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, professional appearance
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining quality of service
Effective team player through cooperation, flexibility, and dependability
