Business Development Representative
VinWorld is a growing company looking for a Business Development Representative to join their expanding division. This role is critical for driving business expansion through building relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the brokerage operation's growth.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and qualifying potential customers across the U.S
Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored freight solutions
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through load execution
Coordinating closely with carriers and internal operations to deliver best-in-class service
Growing and managing accounts while contributing directly to the expansion of our brokerage division
Qualification
Required
A recent graduate or early-career professional ready to launch a career in sales
Highly motivated by goals, performance metrics, and earning potential
Energized by fast-paced, competitive environments
Ambitious, driven, and eager to grow quickly
A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems
No prior logistics experience is required—what matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn
