This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, executing, and reporting automated API and contract testing efforts to validate integration points and service interoperability across systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive API and contract test plans supporting integrations and interface requirements

Implement automated API test suites using Tricentis API Testing (or government-directed tools); validate orchestration and dependencies

Execute integration scenarios across environments; validate interface behavior under expected and adverse conditions

Provide reporting on API coverage, failures, and trends; integrate results into dashboards and pipeline reporting

Integrate API validation into CI/CD workflows to support fast feedback loops and early defect detection; coordinate with product teams to resolve failures
