The role involves managing regulatory personnel, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and overseeing ISO programs.

Responsibilities

Company compliance with federal, state and local regulations

Publication and review of all Safety Data Sheets

Acceptance of customer specifications

Completion of 3rd party audits involving BSI business needs

Completion of customer surveys and questionnaires

Providing technical information on products to customers and company personnel

Completion of customer surveys, questionnaires and resolution of complaints

Direct oversight responsibility for ISO programs and overall ISO management

Required

Must have strong background in the chemical industry and have an adequate understanding of analytical tests and procedures

Must be current on all regulations and legislation for which the department is responsible

Should have comprehensive knowledge of the used of various products sold

Must be able to communicate in clear and concise manner both orally and in writing on the company's technical service operations

Must be able to define technical service problems and analyze feasible solutions to provide the company or its customer with satisfactory technical solutions

Bachelor's degree in chemistry a requirement
