Responsibilities

Support day-to-day treasury operations for cryptocurrency and digital asset holdings
Execute and monitor transfers across wallets, exchanges, custodians, and OTC settlement workflows
Maintain accurate records of balances, transactions, and asset movements
Perform regular reconciliation across wallets, exchanges, and internal tracking systems
Prepare structured reports on balances, flows, and operational activity
Identify operational risks, discrepancies, or process gaps and escalate as needed
Assist in maintaining treasury processes, controls, and operational checklists
Collaborate with advisory and finance teams where digital asset holdings intersect with broader client or internal engagements

Required

Hands-on experience managing or operating cryptocurrency or digital asset holdings

High attention to detail and comfort working with real balances and transactions
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Legal authorization to work in the United States
