Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years hotel maintenance supervisory experience
Prior facility maintenance experience required, pool maintenance experience helpful
Proven electrical and plumbing experience required
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Proven expense control experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and time management skills
