Territory Sales Manager - South of I10
Radley Staffing, LLC. is a temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire company specializing in the commercial staffing industry, particularly in construction. They are hiring a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to generate and close new business while focusing on relationship growth and referrals after project sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the large construction industry such as: new apartment complexes, hospitals, and high-rise buildings
Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry
Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to the client
Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Be a Rockstar
Qualification
Required
Sales, outside sales, or project management experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to perform independently
Driven and self-motivated
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
