Sr. Workday Solution Architect
Hire IT People, Inc is seeking an accomplished Senior Workday Solution Architect with specialized expertise in Workday Finance to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Financials solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Finance modules and the ability to align ERP solutions with organizational goals in various sectors.

Plans and schedules team resources, status reporting, and completion of required documentation for team assignment and projects
Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments
Analyzes and implements solutions
Supervises subordinates
Participate in the facilitation of requirements confirmation and existing solution design
Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions options/alternatives to support existing functionality and address gaps
Architect scalable and efficient solutions for Workday Financials, ensuring seamless integration across modules and alignment with requirements
Design, develop and implement solutions for Workday Financials modules, including Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Grants and Projects
Optimize Grants Management processes, including Pre-/Post-Award, Effort Certification, Subawards, Salary Cap, and Award Budget Plans
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10+ years in ERP implementations, with 7+ years dedicated to Workday Financials solutions
Active certification in Workday Financials, including Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, Grants Management, Accounting Center, and Contracts-to-Cash
Experience with Workday Financials, Workday Integration tools, ERP implementations, compliance with US GAAP & Federal grants regulations, Grants Management processes
Experience in the following industries: Higher Education, Public Sector (government), or Not-for-Profits

Deep understanding of Workday Finance modules
Hands-on technical proficiency in Workday Financials solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to architect and deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions
Participate in the facilitation of requirements confirmation and existing solution design
Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions options/alternatives to support existing functionality and address gaps
Architect scalable and efficient solutions for Workday Financials, ensuring seamless integration across modules and alignment with requirements
