Responsibilities

Develop a trusted partner relationship with client segment stakeholders and executive sponsors

Lead and develop a Partner Management team that manages the client relationship by providing consultation and leadership to drive strategic and operational outcomes

Lead and develop a Project Management team that manages the client custom development projects by partnering with the client to develop requirements, testing and implementation strategies

Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to manage client segments

Partner with multiple business areas to build and implement business cases to hire dedicated resources, etc. to deliver on client business objectives

Monitor, report on, and resolve billing issues, unbilled items, financial risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis

Identify and implement metrics for internal and external monitoring and reporting
